Jay strives to help his clients reach their goals and overcome challenges.
Jay’s 39 years of experience are focused in all aspects of business, including general accounting, taxation, IRS and state representation, and litigation support. He is passionate about helping small business owners, and consults with his clients on a regular basis to implement best practices. His work also involves reviewing business operations, internal controls, and assisting clients with planning/valuation issues.
Jay is well known for his business expertise and was named “Businessperson of the Year” in 2003 by the Edina Chamber of Commerce. He is a sought-after speaker for business and personal tax-related topics.
When he’s not helping clients reach their goals, he’s donating his time to help various charities further their mission. He currently serves on the board of directors for the St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, Mercy Missionaries, and Hill Monastic Manuscript Library at St. John’s University.
Jay is also an avid golfer and enjoys spending time with his grandchildren.
