We know that when it comes to Human Resources (HR), there are unique concerns that dictate the operation of your department and your organization. From HR best practices and optimization of your HR programs, to important legal compliance issues and workplace policies – we can help. Join our AEM Engage Development Series to leverage the knowledge and experience of legal experts, HR and payroll advisors, and peers within the HR community.
Each session will include virtual large group instruction as well as focused breakout circles at either the Foundation or Influencer level, allowing you to join a group of collaborative professionals to leverage the knowledge of HR advisors, legal experts, and other professionals in a confidential setting. Breakout circles will be formed based on each attendee’s industry, level of HR responsibilities and years of HR experience to pair you with others that you can best relate with and learn from.
Also, new in 2021, we will offer two half day, in-person events with a variety of topics and breakout sessions to choose from.
Our Foundation Circles are for those:
new to managing HR and payroll responsibilities
requiring additional technical training for their role in HR
with HR Generalist titles
proactively preparing for business growth
Our Influencer Circles are for those:
experienced and confident in handling most day to day HR responsibilities
wanting to take a seat at the leadership table within their organization and provide valuable insight related to strategic decisions
ready to move from compliance-focused HR operations to a more strategic and employee-focused HR approach
who are wanting to take their organization’s HR department to the next level
Our AEM Engage attendees will leave with real world experience and industry knowledge to help build the skills and knowledge to confidently and successfully manage employment risk, ensure compliance, execute your organization’s HR strategies and move your HR department to the next level.
