The outbreak of COVID-19 has truly touched the entire world and has brought with it many uncertainties about the immediate future as well as what the future looks like as we move forward. Local city governments in particular are left wondering where their annual budgets are being impacted and how they can plan for this impact as it continues through this year and into the 2021 budget season ahead.
